Our Eggs | Lady B Farms

We are also home to Lady B Farms, proudly and properly producing pasture raised eggs. We are pleased to say that our hens are never cooped up and have access to fresh pasture 365 days a year. Their diet also consists of fermented corn and soy-free, non-GMO feed from a local source.

Here at Lady B Farms, we offer three different sizes of nutritious packed eggs

PULLET/Medium

A pullet egg is a small egg laid by a young hen, typically under one year old and just beginning to lay. These eggs often have slightly thicker shells and richer yolks compared to regular eggs, making them prized for their flavor and quality.

LARGE 

A large egg is the standard-sized egg commonly sold in grocery stores and used in most recipes. It typically weighs about 56–63 grams (approximately 2 ounces) without the shell. Large eggs provide a balanced amount of white and yolk, making them ideal for consistent cooking and baking results.

JUMBO 

A jumbo egg is the largest size of chicken egg commonly available. It typically weighs about 70 grams (around 2.5 ounces) without the shell. Jumbo eggs have more yolk and egg white, making them a great choice for hearty breakfasts, baking in bulk, or recipes that call for extra richness.

Where can you buy our eggs?

You can always pick up our fresh, delicious eggs at our farm stand in Nehalem, Oregon! We also supply eggs to locations all along the Oregon Coast as well as in the Portland/Salem area.
